We originally found a property in Kaufman, TX and decided to look up realtors in that area. Alicia's number popped up and her website said "24/7." Although it was late, my wife convinced me to give her a call and Alicia did, in fact, answer the phone! I told her our situation and she was willing to show us the property the next day. We ultimately decided against the first property in Kaufman, but we continued looking. We got close to being under contract on a different home a couple weeks later in Gordonville, TX, but we got beat out by an all-cash offer at the last minute. Discouraged, we were about to give up on our search all together but then I came across a little house in East Texas that looked absolutely perfect! We went out to see the property the next day, and decided to put an offer in that night. After a long weekend waiting, we received the good news that our offer was accepted! Alicia met my wife at the contracted property for the inspection since I couldnt be there, and she was very effective at negotiating some repairs from the sellers. It didnt take us too long to close on our house after the inspection and Alicia was in close communication throughout the entire process.
